Fixed Windows Vista/Windows 7 Issues

1. [Quadro FX 2800M, Quadro FX 3800]: OpenGL with GLSL shader has color problems with nested for loops and texture access.
2. [G-Sync]: When the client was synchronized (16 nodes), the Workstation topology page would randomly show "Stereo out of phase".
3. [GeForce 8600 GT]: Monitor resolution in NVIDIA Control Panel is not refreshed after monitor hot-swapped.
4. [GeForce GTX 580]: Google Earth doesn't work in 3D immersive gaming mode on center display.
5. [Quadro FX 880M]: Windows has a blue-screen crash after system updated to NVIDIA driver version 295.73.
6. [Quadro Plex 7000 + Tesla C2075 card][MOSAIC]: Two of four displays go blank for a second when an OpenGL application starts.
7. Added a fix for an intermittent issue with resume from sleep functionality.

13. GeForce 400 series: After installing the VGA driver and then choosing the "restart later" option, the display goes blank when subsequently installing the NVIDIA driver.
14. [3D Surround, 4-way SLI]: The NVIDIA Control Panel->Configure Displays for Surround user-assistance screen does not show the correct GPUs to connect the displays on a 4- way SLI system.

Fixed Windows 8 Issues

1. When re-installing the NVIDIA driver after uninstalling it, the driver may fail to install.
2. [Optimus notebook]: Blue-screen crash occurs pointing to dxgkrnl.sys when attempting to uninstall the driver using the Windows Device manager.
3. [GeForce GTX 500 series][3D Stereo][Crysis 2. Dirt Showdown]: Residual images appear throughout the game if 3D Vision is enabled.
4. [SLI][Surround][Intel x59 or x79]: With Surround enabled, a blue-screen crash may occur when enabling or disabling SLI or Surround modes.
